[URGENT] Woot order return - Customer service lacking!

I am trying to return an order but the shipping label keeps going to an email that I no longer have access to (It’s my college email that was taken back after I graduated!). I tried changing the email address to a new one that matches my amazon account but it asks me for my password to confirm and I believe I’ve forgotten the password as well since whatever I try doesnt work!

I need help in getting the return label for my order and also to help change the email address on the account but can’t find any phone number to call. Please help!

Hi! I just used the contact customer service feature and let them know to send the label to a different email. I am returning qty 3 of an item and hoping that they can send me 3 labels to ship the items back. Can you please check on my request?

I got an email reply from your team and I let them know that I can’t change the email because I dont remmeber the old password. Still waiting on their reply… Can you please help expedite?

There’s a processing period of approximately 5-7 business day for RMAs once a return is received (it can take another day once the item is delivered, for the processing to start).
